- CE marking
How we help
End-to-end compliance. Built for machinery.
From documentary inventory to action plan: we tell you what you have, what's missing and in what order to close it, so you reach 20 January 2027 still selling.

Your file against the Regulation, requirement by requirement, referenced to the article that demands it.
The new requirements
Digital documentation, software and cybersecurity, autonomous machinery: what the Directive didn't ask for and the Regulation does.
Prioritised action plan
What to close first, with estimated effort per item. So you decide with data, not vertigo.
Support to the manufacturer
You sign the declaration of conformity; we provide the documentary grounds to sign it with confidence.

Scope
Who it applies to
You CE-mark your own machinery
Your current technical file follows the Directive. The Regulation demands new requirements that file doesn't cover. The responsibility is yours, not your usual engineering firm's.
You integrate or modify machinery
A substantial modification makes you a manufacturer under the Regulation, with your own file and declaration. The boundary of "substantial" is now defined in writing.
You bring machinery from outside the EU
The Regulation assigns you explicit documentary verification duties before placing on the market. "The manufacturer will know" is no longer a valid answer.

Gap map: Directive 2006/42/EC compared with Regulation (EU) 2023/1230
A two-page visual map of the changes that affect your current documentation. Every change cites the article or annex of the Regulation it rests on.
- The correlation table in Annex XII: where every annex your technical file cites today has ended up.
- The six documents that have to be reissued, and why none of the six requires touching the machinery.
- The 25 categories in Annex I: who can still certify without a notified body and who cannot.
- The software, connectivity and cybersecurity requirements the Directive did not contain at all.
- What happens on 20 January 2027 if the documentation is unchanged, from your distributor to the penalties.
An explanatory map of regulatory change. Not a conformity assessment and not legal advice on a specific product.

How we work
Intake
We send you the documentation checklist. You only gather what you already have; nothing new to prepare.
Analysis
We check your file against our master checklist of the Regulation, article by article.
Report
12–18 pages: traffic-light rating per requirement and a prioritised action plan. Within 10 working days of intake.
Walkthrough

Terms
Fixed price, shared risk
Fixed price based on scope
We assess the scope on a 20-minute call, then send you a tailored proposal.
| Payment | 50% on signing · 50% on delivery |
| Timeline | 10 working days from confirmed intake |
| Includes | 30-minute walkthrough + digital technical-file structure template |
| Coverage | 100% of applicable requirements within the scope |
A guarantee without small print
If the report identifies no actionable gap in your file, the second 50% is not due.
A file that is already compliant is excellent news, and we put it in writing.
What this report is not
It is not a certification nor a notified-body conformity assessment, and it does not replace procedures involving a third party. Where your machine requires one (Annex I), the report prepares the documentation that body will review.
The declaration of conformity is always signed by the manufacturer: that is how CE marking works. Our job is engineering-grade documentary support so you sign it on solid ground.
Your technical team and AI? "AI on the shop floor" workshop: one in-company day and your team leaves using AI on three real processes of your business: quotations, technical documentation and quality. From €1,900 (excl. tax).
Scope and final price depend on the level of customisation and prior preparation. Automations, prototypes and integrations are quoted separately.
